Hosting 850 guests for an entire week, @dmire orchestrated a seamless and immersive experience that left a lasting impression. From the moment our guests arrived at the Amsterdam and Brussels airports, they were greeted by our warm and attentive @dmire hospitality team who ensured a smooth transition.
The true testament to  our local knowledge shone through in the execution of this event. With several hotels and different transportation companies expertly coordinated, the logistics were flawless. But it was the exclusive rental of the International Conference Center (ICC) in Ghent for the academic program that truly showcased @dmire’s expertise.
We needed an unparalleled attention to detail, curating daily catering, logistics, branding, and captivating entertainment that brought the event to life. The local touch was a standout, as our guests delighted in authentic Belgian waffles, fries, beer, and chocolates during the local campus visit.
The social program was an open invitation to explore the hidden gem of Ghent. This enchanting city, known for its medieval architecture, vibrant cultural scene, and picturesque canals, offered a perfect blend of history and modernity.
The culinary experience was equally impressive, with @dmire securing reservations at several remarkable restaurants in Ghent. The opening networking dinner at Ghelamco Ghent and the closing evening at Oude Vismijn were true gastronomic and cultural celebrations, complete with fantastic food, lively atmospheres, and unforgettable live music.
