has a Professional Congress Organising department, member of Meeting Planners International (MPI). Every aspect of preparing and running the event is taken care of, from A to Z - from determining the conference objectives and the first announcement (with call of papers, if needed) to the post-event evaluation meeting.

Of course, a conference is also a social event. Providing the delegates (and their partners) with sufficient interaction opportunities is also a key element of a well-organised congress.

From the first welcome get-together to the farewell dinner, all items of the social and partner programmes have a well-defined role in the complete communication process.
